Programs

Adolescence is a unique and formative time and a crucial period for developing and maintaining social and emotional habits important for mental well-being. Emotional disorders commonly emerge during adolescence and often go undetected and/or untreated.

Our program provides 9-15 hours of therapeutic group activities per week as directed by the attendees’ treatment plan. The treatment plan is developed in close collaboration with the individual program participant and their parent(s)/caregiver(s).

Attendees participate a minimum of 3 days and up to 5 days per week depending on the treatment team’s recommendation. Individual and Family Therapy may also be provided in addition to group therapy.

Every aspect of treatment is intended to assist attendees in achieving their optimum level of functioning. Treatment modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Educational Group Therapy, Co-Occurring Diagnosis Therapy, Trauma Resolution Therapy, and Expressive Therapy.
