Group Therapy
[programs_sidebar]
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist to help themselves and one another. Widely used as an effective, evidence-based treatment modality, group therapy allows our patients to develop the social and interpersonal skills that build trust and cultivate healing while being reminded that they are not alone.
Group-based treatment can address feelings of isolation, depression and anxiety, and it encourages people to establish relationships, create long-term friendships, and improve self-awareness.
